You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission
• Impersonate JoNathan Hanks or misrepresent your affiliation with him

2. Products and Purchases

When you purchase the VoiceBlog Clone or any other product:

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. I never store your card details.
• You will receive delivery of the purchased product within the timeframe stated on the sales page (typically 24 hours for the clone service).
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If there is a material failure to deliver what was promised, contact me within 7 days at eyeamaimarketing@gmail.com.

3. Clone Product License

When you purchase the VoiceBlog Clone, you receive:

• A personal, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the delivered files on your own website
• The right to resell clones to your own clients using the included Clone Clients system
• Ownership of your domain, hosting, and all content you create

You may not:

• Redistribute or resell the source files themselves as a standalone template or product
• Remove attribution from the codebase if sharing it publicly
• Claim you created the original system

4. Newsletter

By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive periodic email communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See the Privacy Policy for details on how your email is used.

5. Intellectual Property
